Colin Sutherland is one of England's finest Scottish pipers. He plays a wide repertoire of tunes including his own compositions, and is available for special occasions. He is a previous winner of the solo open competitions at both Rothbury Music Festival and Morpeth Gathering. A selection of the trophies he has won can be found here
. Colin is a piper in one of England's top Pipe Bands, the 101 (Northumbrian) Regiment Royal Artillery (Volunteers).

I normally wear a daywear highland uniform, consisting of a black waistcoat, argyll jacket black socks and glengarry with either the mainly red Royal Stewart or mainly green Hunting Sutherland tartan kilt.'
